I continue to feel good. I am very excited and feel motivated from the weigh in!
I was very nervous when getting on the scale but it made my day to see that I lost 5lbs.
I am looking to loose inches so I hope that I make progess with that.
I don't feel bloated at all and I think that has to do with consistenly eating 5 meals a day and making them small. I am not eating with my eyes and I am eating half of what I used to eat! It feels good to be in control. I can't believe I would stuff myself and continue to eat while feeling full.
I felt sore after Tuesdays workout and after Kickboxing. I enjoy the fast paced work out!
The hubby is starting to follow my eating style because he sees my progression!!!
I thank Krissy for continuing to post and plan for the week!! I know that I will get there soon!! For now it is just preparing the night before. Food is fuel!!! and I keep telling myself that so I can make wise choices. It is so easy to just eat something quick and processed. I am trying recipes that are easy but healthy.
My oh yea is that we went out to eat to Red Robins and I chose a grilled chicken on whole wehat bun over a cheeseburger!! It tasted delicious and i savored the avocado. This week it seemed that a lot was keeping me from going to the gym but I had to rearrange some things to make it work. I even worked out for the 30 minutes i had on saturday morning. I hope that when my sister's sweet 15 is over I won't be so stressed!! I have even gotten my daughter and son active by playing dancing games on the wii! Nights are much funner at home! ;)
My goal this week is to cook chicken cutlets for the week.
I continue to struggle with posting on facebook because of the limited time i have but I will continue to post what I can.
I am very thankful to all the coaches because even though you are not my coach you still provide support and push all of us!
I look for familiar faces when I go workout so I am thankful that everyone is continuing to come!
Thank you to Danielle!! I appreciate it. Thank you to Tina, I love your posts and your positive workout vibe! Thank you to Maia for this great place! Thank you to Ashley, I appreciate you being there for all my questions!!!
Thank you, thank you!!!!!!

~January 13, 2013~
So....
I am feeing great!
I don't feel like a burrito anymore... I feel more like a lolipop.
I am not bursting at the seams or feeling bloated and bulging out of my clothes. Surprisingly... they feel much looser and I feel great! Like a lolipop, I am still a circle but spreading out evenly and feeling thin!
My body is feeling a little sore still.... which to me just means that I pushed hard!!! My husband and I are working hard to not take the easy road and eat out. I am cooking a lot more and keeping recipes simple.
I was inspired by all the facebook posts and the planning that my fellow journeymen were doing. I have a list of things that I will be making this week and bought enough groceries for only those meals!! EVen my grocery bill is much lower. I am craving salads and fruit more than all the greasy food.
My oh yea is that I tried yoga! I was so excited and i felt so good after pushing through the stretches! Brian and I planned to go jogging this weekend on the 4 mile trail of lake accotink but the weather kept us in so we got some cardio in at home with the kids.
My goal this week is to make it to the gym all 6 days! I am excited for the weigh in!
I wish that I had more time to post my meals throughout the day but with all the traveling at my job I usually find myself eating during meetings.
Special shout out to Maia and the 10 station workout!!! I loved it.
Also to Danielle... thanks for pushing me! and to my coach!!! Thank you for being there for me. I appreciate that I can write to you and you get back to me ASAP!!! I am no longer starving!!! ;)
Thank you~

January 5th 2012~
Today was the start of my new lifestyle. I got the hubby on board and we did our grocery shopping together. We have decided to have an open mid about it all and Even grabbed some Brussels sprouts to make for dinner this week!
My body is feeling sore from the fit test... And I LoVE it!!!!
My husband says that's how I know I really worked hard. I have kept myself moving all day and made sure I didn't succumb to the soreness. It also reminded me today to not waste my effort from yesterday by eating football day snacks.
I am definitely inspired to plan more effectively and try to cook for the week. I have a lot of ideas floating around in my head but the next step is to put it on paper. I am learning to make myself a priority!
My oh yea is that, we were on the run today and went to McDonald's for lunch. I grabbed the grilled chicken sandwich and no fries or soda to keep me until two hours later.
My goal is to get it together this week so I can cook my meals on Sunday for next week. I will make it to workout all 5 days this week and try yoga!
I really appreciate everyone's post on Facebook it keeps me focused and shows me that you are there pushing and giving it your best, so I need to as well.
Special shout out to Jackie G!!!! Those last two fit test exercises were because of you!!!!
And to all the team, seeing everyone fight so hard on the it test makes me want to keep going!!!!
Thank you~
